Hospital watchdog, the Healthcare Commission, has published the most detailed ever hospital league tables. They reveal the performance of all the NHS trusts in England on a range of criteria from cleanliness to the use of mixed-sex wards and the quality of food to the helpfulness of staff.

New move on bedroom tax
